We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and internationally minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As a senior member of the Executive Team, you will report directly to top management and be responsible for defining and executing the company’s global financial strategy, ensuring strong financial controls and transparency across all projects and jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic financial leader with deep international finance and accounting expertise, who sees finance as a powerful driver of growth. Knows how to translate financial strategy into real business impact - accelerating revenue, strengthening margins, and building sustainable cash generation, while bringing clarity through strong performance management, KPI frameworks, unit economics, and forward-looking planning. Thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and are trusted partners to founders, CEOs, boards, banks, and strategic partners. Comfortable with change and complexity, they lead financial transformation with confidence, insight, and a collaborative mindset, helping the business scale responsibly and ambitiously.


Your Background:

  • Proven experience as a senior finance leader, ideally within the online entertainment, payment processing, gaming, or digital sectors.
  • Strong track record in multinational environments with complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
  • Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.
  • Deep understanding of International accounting rules, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable, cash flow management, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with modern finance software, accounting and reporting systems.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Experience in strategic planning, M&A, and execution in a global context.
  • Experience with KYC, banking, and crypto payment processing.
  • Ability to lead teams across regions to deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines (currently 10–20 people).


Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of USA financial regulations and tax frameworks.
  • Familiarity with automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Align financial planning with company strategy and long-term goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, tax planning, and M&A initiatives.
  • Recommend improvements in financial systems and processes.
  • Evaluate long-term plans and introduce new approaches and strategies.
     

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead preparation of all financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
  • Maintain robust forecasting and cash flow models.
  • Analyse new business initiatives and investments.
  • Continuously improve financial planning processes.
     

Finance Operations

  • Oversee cash flow, investment, and asset management across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships and financing strategies.
     

Accounting & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with international accounting standards and tax requirements.
    Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage relationships with regulators, tax authorities, and auditors.
     

 Corporate Development

  • Provide analytical support, prepare reports, and offer recommendations to drive corporate growth and strategic initiatives.
     
  • Team Leadership: build trust and motivate diverse teams across regions, managing complex challenges with a collaborative and flexible approach.

Planning, Policy, & Investor Relations
  • Create and oversee budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Contribute to developing corporate policies as a senior management team member.
  • Work with the Board’s on short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning.
