Established in 2012, Centrobill primarily serves the European and North American markets.

We are looking for: Underwriting and Compliance Account Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding the compliance and availability of necessary documents
  • Work closely with the sales team to receive and process new requests for project initiation
  • Ensure the client registration process adheres to the internal checklist
  • Assist in responding to inquiries and obtaining timely completed questionnaires from clients.
  • Use the CRM system for storing and uploading information
  • Conduct a general risk assessment of clients and document portfolios in collaboration with management
  • Collaborate with internal departments for the efficient resolution of tasks related to new client registrations
  • Work closely with the management team to improve client services.
Candidate requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to quickly build positive relationships
  • Client-oriented and highly empathetic
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at the C1 level
