Now we’re looking for a Content Moderator Trainer in Colombia for fully remote work from home. As a Content Moderator Trainer you play a crucial role in the success of our team. Your primary responsibility is to guide and empower our new team members, ensuring they not only grasp our guidelines and industry best practice

Onboarding and Training:

  • Onboard new team members, facilitating their integration into our team.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to our moderators, equipping them with the confidence and skills necessary for their role.

Training Programs:

  • Create engaging and interactive training programs that cover industry best practices and guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources, ensuring they remain relevant in our evolving landscape.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages questions and nurtures a positive team spirit.

Coaching and Development

  • Collaborate closely with team leads and quality assurance specialists, offering constructive guidance and feedback on new team members.
  • During probation, conduct performance checks to and report on content moderators progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling rapid rapport-building and relationship development.
  • A dedicated focus on detail and commitment to maintaining quality.
  • Strong time management skills, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a creative mindset that drive innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in various software and web tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
