Sales manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive merchant acquisition across European and international markets. In this role, you will build strategic partnerships, generate new business opportunities and work closely with sales leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new merchants and business opportunities
- Work closely with internal operational and onboarding teams to ensure smooth merchant integration
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Present Centrobill solutions to potential clients and partners
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
- Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
- Experience in payments or high-risk industries
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline
- High level of autonomy, responsibility, ownership and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent English: spoken and written both (other languages are a bonus)
