We're looking for a Trust and Safety Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
Content Compliance:

  1. Develop, implement, and enforce content compliance policies and guidelines.
  2. Monitor and review content to ensure it complies with platform policies and legal requirements.
  3. Conduct regular audits of content and provide reports on compliance status.
  4. Manage the process for handling content complaints and violations, including content removal and appeals.
Regulatory Compliance:
  1. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, including age verification laws, data protection (GDPR), and other regulations affecting the online entertainment industry.
  2. Implement and maintain processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Work with legal counsel to interpret and apply regulations to platform operations.
Risk Management:
  1. Identify potential risks related to content and regulatory compliance and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Investigate and respond to incidents related to non-compliance or safety concerns.
  3. Develop and maintain an incident response plan.
Team Management:
  1. Lead and manage a team of trust and safety specialists.
  2. Provide training, support, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  3. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  4. Collaborate with the legal, product, and customer support teams to address compliance and safety issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including content creators, users, and regulatory bodies.

Skills and Qualifications
  1. 4+ years managerial experience in a management role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, compliance, or a related field, preferably within the online entertainment industry or similar.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  7. Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  8. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
