Creator Relations Manager
We`re looking for a Manager of Creators Relations from Canada. As a Creator Relations Manager you will oversee two critical teams - the Creator Success Team and the Creator Acquisitions Team - to ensure the success and satisfaction of our diverse community of creators.

Responsibilities:
- You will work with the Creator Relations team and oversee the team responsible for cultivating a positive and engaging community environment within our company.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages questions, nurtures a positive team spirit and a respect for work-life balance.
- Manage the creation and publication of blog, social media and YouTube content showcasing our creators' achievements and stories.
- You will develop and collaborate with the team to create informative and engaging tutorials to help Creators maximize their potential on the platform and learn new tools.
- You will work with the Acquisitions Team to develop and execute strategies to generate leads and identify potential creators who align with our vision and values.
- Cultivate strong relationships with content studios and production houses to encourage collaboration and content creation on the platform.
- Plan and execute events to attract and engage creators, fostering a sense of community and providing networking opportunities.
- Oversee efforts to expand our presence in external communities and forums, attracting new creators.
- You will work closely with the Director, Creator Relations and Product team to develop new features, tools and functionalities that improve Creator workflow.
- Collaborate with the Director, Creator Relations and the external marketing team to manage promotional activities and campaigns that enhance the platform's visibility and attract new creators.
Skills and qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience in community management, influencer relations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online content creation.
- Comfortable learning and explaining the functionality of new digital tools and features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and drive results.
- Leadership experience managing teams and fostering a positive work culture.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work across a multifunctional team as well as independently.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
