Publishers Managers Team Leader
We’re looking for a proactive Publishers Manager Team Leader to join our multinational team at our office in Cyprus. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, testing new revenue streams, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates, contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.

What you’ll be working on:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential
- Develop strategic initiatives for key affiliate accounts to maximize growth
- Find new leads, negotiate and close deals with Publishers and Affiliates;
- Advise your team on acquiring new publishers and maintaining current;
- Achieve traffic flow stability;
- Set up relevant processes to improve efficiency, performance, and growth both within and outside the team
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make improvements;
- Conduct Market and Competitors Research, suggest how to be competitive;
- Find, suggest, and test new revenue streams;
- Maintain and keep organized and up-to-date a CRM;
- Attend International Conferences.
About you – preferred requirements for this role
- 4+ years experience as a Senior Publisher Manager and at least 1,5 years of work experience in a leadership role;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new leads;
- Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, hunting new sites;
- Out-of-the-box thinking is a must;
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence;
- Good Google Sheet knowledge;
- Experience with Google Analytics;
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in an adult advertising network is considered a big plus;
- Experience with monday.com;
- Experience with Jira or similar programs.
