Publisher Team Leader
Are you an experienced manager and sales professional with a proven track record in the AdNetwork industry? We are seeking a Senior Publisher Manager [Future Team Leader] who can deliver on targets and achieve new heights together with the project. You’ll be part of a stable and results-driven approach team, collective motivation, no bureaucracy, complete trust, and people‑focused management.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Minimum 3-4+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager or Team Leader
- Hunting new direct publishers, negotiating CPC, CPM, and flat-rate deals, with a creative, tailored approach to closing profitable deals
- A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term growth
- Strong ownership and accountability – you work independently and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new direct publishers to grow traffic quality and revenue
- Collaborate with the Advertiser Manager team to optimize ad performance and maintain strong partner relationships
- Analyze performance data, manage CRM updates, and contribute to achieving monthly KPIs and strategic growth goals
- Support and guide Publisher Managers, ensure process execution, and drive team profit performance
